Welcome to Scouts BSA Troop 824. We are excited to have you visit our site. Scouts BSA is unlike any other youth organization. Our Troops meet at 7:00PM on Thursday nights at the Sanborn Fire Hall. (We arrive at 6:30PM to set-up for the meeting.)

As a parent, your Scout’s involvement in Scout Troop 824 can be the most significant youth activity in your child’s life. The adventures, leadership, values, merit badges, and skills learned and practiced through our program have a positive lifelong impact on our Scouts.

You will witness the impact that Scouts will have on your child through their leadership, self-confidence, values, and maturation as they work their way towards their Scouting goals. Your direct support of the Troop is immensely satisfying and vital not only to your child’s Scouting success but also to the Troop’s continuing mission. Many parents adopt the Scouting program and our Troop’s operations as the primary method of guiding their child’s development to adulthood.
